This place is wonderful and I highly recommend it for breakfast. Seek it out and eat there! It’s in an unlikely space, inside a “mercantile” shop by the small harbor in Winchester. There are only a few tables inside. We ordered at the window and had a delicious breakfast platter of eggs, bacon and quality sausage, hash browns and biscuit for my husband, expertly cooked to order with wonderful blackberry jam. I had the best lox and bagel I’ve ever had in my life, no exaggeration. It came with a very generous portion of tender Norwegian salmon, cream cheese. capers, red onion and even a sprinkling of fresh dill. It was so beautifully prepared, like a work of art. The cook (or owner, not sure) obviously takes pride in serving good food. The prices are reasonable too. I can’t recommend this little eatery enough. Definitely try it!”
